IPM is a collaborative method between customers and technicians to eliminate conditions that are conducive to pests and manage problems in the safest and most responsible way.

START UP PLAN: for comprehensive treatments & warranty

This plan includes an initial treatment and a 30-day follow-up treatment. It includes an interior/ exterior treatment for the initial treatment with an exterior treatment for the follow-up (we will retreat interior upon request). This plan covers:

  • Roaches (German, American, Asian)
  • Ants, (Ghost, White Footed, Carpenter, Pharaoh)
  • Common house Spiders (including Wolf, Black and Brown widows)
  • Stored Product Pests (including Flour Beetles, Rice Weevils)
  • Occasional Invaders (including Scorpions, Earwigs, Silverfish, Sow bugs, Millipedes, and Small Wasp Nests).

100% Warranty up to 30 days after last treatment.

PREMIUM PEST MANAGEMENT: for continuous peace of mind

This is our annual service plan that occurs after the START UP is complete, and is a triannual (every 4 months) service. It includes three exterior treatments and one interior per year. The PPM package covers all of the bugs included in the START UP plan. The PPM also includes a 100% Warranty on those pests, while using the PPM plan.

ECONOMY PLAN: for a single treatment and specific pest

This plan targets ONE specific pest and is a ONE–TIME treatment for that pest. Pest options in this plan include:

  • Roaches (German, American, Asian)
  • Ants, (Ghost, White Footed, Big Headed, Carpenter, Fire)
  • Common house Spiders, (including Wolf, Black and Brown widows)
  • Stored Product Pests (like Flour Beetles, Rice Weevils)
  • Occasional Invaders (like Scorpions, Earwigs, Silverfish, Sow bugs, Millipedes, and Small Wasp Nests).

One-time treatments do not come with our Warranty.

  • Remove plants from against the home
  • Keep trees trimmed away from the roof
  • Keep garbage cans several feet from the home
  • Avoid “sitting water” that provide a place for mosquitos to reproduce
  • Seal cracks and openings to the home such as using weather stripping to block door jams
